Ranking question is designed to allow the respondents to sort options by importance criteria (Ranking question example).
Ranking question can be made by selecting the question type "Matrix" and checking check box "Unique rating" in the question edit panel.
In this way made question respondent will not be able to select equal rank for different options.
How to create a question with one text option?
You need to create "Single Choice" type question where the last option would be "Other...".
Next create "Single Line Text" type question.
Formulate a question explaining that, if you answered previous question "Other..." please write your answer. Example.
I cannot find my poll in public poll list, what should I do?
Please follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Select poll that you couldn't find
Press button "Settings"
Check check box "Public, can be found by anyone"
Press button "Save"
Make sure that poll is published
How can I analyze poll results?
Please follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Select poll, which results you want to analyze
Click on "Answers" tab
Press "Export to CSV" button
You will be asked to save results file. Save it in your computer. You can open this results file with OpenOffice Calc or MS Excel, to perform all the desired analyzes.
How can I embed poll to my internet site?
Please follow these steps:
Sign in to your account
Select poll witch you want to embed to your site
Press on "HTML" tab
Select HTML code and paste it to your site HTML code
How can I distribute my poll to the respondents?
The easiest way to distribute the poll to respondents is to send a link by e-mail.

Select poll witch you want to distribute
Copy poll address
Paste it to your letter
